Take the time to read these Terms and Conditions when you become part of the EroticaCash team. They are not unreasonable; however, we DO enforce them.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It won't take more than a few minutes to go over the rules. Compliance makes for a profitable relationship between you and EroticaCash. We are all in this business to make money. Business relationships on the internet are important. When you break the rules, trust is broken and very hard to re establish. Your reputation for compliance is as important as our reputation for paying on time.

Please take the time to read the Terms and Conditions. We require you to read and check off the acceptance box before becoming a member of the CSB Entertainment Group of Programs.

THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT BETWEEN YOU, THE AFFILIATE/PARTNER AND CSB ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, INC. ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE LEGALLY BOUND TO FOLLOW THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS DOCUMENT. YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS AND THAT YOU ACCEPT THE AGREEMENT. UNLESS YOU ELECTRONICALLY 'SIGN' THIS DOCUMENT, YOU CANNOT BECOME AN AFFILIATE OF CSB ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, INC. PROGRAMS.

1. Because the content is of a sexually explicit nature, you must be at least 18 years old or whatever the legal age is in your community,state or country, in order to participate in any of CSB programs or view this material.
If the laws of your community, state, or country prohibit you from looking at pronographic, sexually explicit material, you are not to go beyond this page. If you are of an age to view pornographic, sexually explicit material of an adult nature, then you may continue. If you choose to continue, this means you are able to understand and accept responsibility for your own actions.

2. CSB Entertainment Group, Inc. is the parent company for any and all programs contained within this or its partner sites. This includes, but is not limited to programs that are known as: Erotica Cash, Herbal Bucks, Reality Sites, EC Amateurs, Privacy Soft. As a participant in any and all of CSB Entertainment Group, Inc. programs, you will herewith be known as 'Affiliate' and all programs under the CSB Entertainment Group, Inc. umbrella will be known as 'CSB'.

3. All materials within this and any other CSB site belong to CSB and are proprietary and are protected under treaty provisions as worldwide copyright laws. You, as the 'Affiliate', may not reproduce, copy, edit, publish, transmit, or upload, without prior written permission from the owner of this corporation. Being an 'Affiliate' does not grant express or implied right to you under any of its trademarks, copyrights or proprietary information.

4. When you submit your application for acceptance into any of CSB's programs, your application will be evaluated. You will then be notified of your acceptance or rejection. CSB is permitted to consider your application unsuitable for any reason.

If your site incorporates images or content that is unlawful, dematory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable or unethical, you will not be accepted into any CSB programs and any existing account you might have with CSB will be terminated. This includes, but is not limited to, content or traffic that depicts or promotes child pornography, rape, underage models, excessive violence, beastiliaty, torture,has copyright infringements, or any other type of material deemed unsuitable for acceptance into a CSB program. If you send hits or cause hits to be sent from any site that promotes the above, your account will be terminated and your funds will be withheld.

5. CSB accepts no liability for server downtime, net congestions, the rise and fall of the US dollar, or any other similar conditions for which CSB has no control. CSB cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control, such as variations in weather, natural disasters, terrorist attacks, military actions, third party billing companies going out of business, electrical outages, labour strikes, war.

6. CSB pays you, the Affiliate, within five days after the 1st and 16th of every month.
For those of you who reside in the US, you will have to wait 30 days before submitting a support ticket if you have not received your check.
For those of you who are International webmasters, you will have to wait 60 days from the date of issue to submit a support ticket if you have not received your check.

There is a minimum of 1000. earned in order to qualify for a wire transfer or ACH electronic payment. A fee of $30 will be deducted from the earnings to cover the cost of a wire transfer or ACH electronic payment.

CSB will not be held responsible for any payments not received if you, the Affiliate, have not submitted a support ticket, using the CSB support system. You, the Affiliate, must submit a support ticket within 90 days of a payment period. Please check your stats often, so that you, the Affiliate, keep track of payments earned.

7. Webmaster Referral Program requires that you, the Affiliate, be an active webmaster in any of CSB's programs. The webmaster who is referred must begin to send traffic to the site within 30 days. If the webmaster does not become active within 30 days, the bonus becomes void. An Active webmaster is one who has sent 20 sales within a one month period. Both the affiliate and the referred webmaster must be considered active before a bonus is given out.

If the referring webmaster is being investigated for suspicious or fraudulent behaviour, both the referring webmaster account and the referred webmaster account will be temporarily suspended pending the outcome of an investigation by CSB.

8. You, the Affiliate, are permitted only one account.

9. If it is found that your users do not retain, we have the right to transfer your account to a recurring program, without notice.

10. Spam is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to:
hidden mail servers
cloaked return addresses
fake headers
ICQ spam
IM spam
newsgroup spam
warez sites
password selling or trading sites
hacking
cracking
spam emails
chat room spam
IRC spam
Bulk Email lists
Free ezines

Any spam complaint recieved by CSB, even one, will be enough to have your account terminated and your earnings forfeited.

If you, the Affiliate, wish to engage in a double opt - in mailing, you must contact steve@eroticacash.com for approval. Failure to do so will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

11. Hosted galleries will only accept traffic from those countries which our credit card billing companies accept. All other traffic will be denied service or will be denied access or will be diverted.

12. The following is a list of countries banned from participation in any and all CSB programs.

Albania, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Egypt, El Salvador, Estonia, Georgia, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, Korea (North and South), Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Trinidad, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, and Yugoslavia.

13. CSB will grant to you, the Affiliate, a non - exclusive limited license and Use of affiliate logos and trademarks. You will grant CSB a non - exclusive license to utilise your names, titles and logos, trademarks

14. You, the Affiliate, are entirely responsible for the development, implementation, operation, and maintenance of your site. You are also responsible for the legality of any and all materials on your site.

15. This agreement is binding and begins when you check off the 'acceptance' box. This agreement will end when terminated by either party, at any time, without cause.
We reserve the right to withhold payment, until all costs are evaluated (chargebacks, refunds) to ensure you, the Affiliate receive the correct amount of funds.

16. You, the affiliate, are not permitted to send traffic that is illegal. Period. To do so invites termination of your account and forfeiture of funds.

17. You, the affiliate, are not permitted to tell the surfer that he/she can cancel right after the trial membership time is completed. That constitutes fraudulent behavior and your account will be cancelled and your funds will be withheld.

18. If your account is terminated, CSB does not have to give you any information as to how you were caught cheating or committing fraud. This is not an employer/employee relationship. Your account with CSB is a contractual relationship between you, the affiliate and CSB, the partner.

19. If your affiliate account has an unusually high rate of chargebacks/credits/refunds, CSB Entertainment Group, Inc. reserves the right to cancel your account. You will receive a final payment, minus the cost of the penalties incurred due to your chargebacks/refunds/credits inc.CSB Entertainment Group, Inc. will notify you via email, at which time, you will be asked to withdraw your traffic and remove any and all links which promote any CSB Entertainment, Inc. sites.

20.You, as the affiliate, when utilising the 'traffic back' program, may not send traffic to any site deemed to be illegal. Erotica Cash reserves the right to revoke your account for fraudulent, illegal activity and will withhold payments. Illegal sites are those who promote beastiality, child pornography, warez and password trading sites, hacking sites, and any sites which break the laws as they exist today.
